Kemper Nutritional Services was created to provide management services to the Food Service Department at the Kemper House. Menus and recipes are based on traditional comfort foods that are familiar to older residents. The policies and procedures are designed to be simple and easy to follow. It is our goal and our aim to raise the overall standards of food service in long-term care. |
It is the mission of Kemper Nutritional Services to provide delicious and nutritious meals that allow the residents of Kemper House to attain the highest possible quality of life and nutritional status.
Our products include Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter Menu Cycles, Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter Selective Menu Cycles, Kemper Recipes, Menu Additions, and Nutritional Services Policy and Procedure Manuals. Kemper Nutritional Services also offers continuing education programs and consultation services.
